Following the scandal at the Oscars, The Academy has released a statement condemning Will Smith’s actions at last night’s show

A formal review has officially kicked off with The Academy exploring further action and consequences in accordance with their Standards of Conduct and California law.

Meanwhile, Actor Will Smith was dancing the night away at a post-Oscars bash after causing the biggest scandal in the Academy Award’s 94-year history

The afterparty was organised by Vanity Fair magazine, which many celebrities attended.

Will Smith posed for selfies and danced as the DJ played his songs “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It

Rock and Smith had a physical altercation on stage at the Oscars in one of the more stunning moments in television history.

Rock was presenting an award, he made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith being in “G.I. Jane” because of her shaved head but the comment was triggering for the couple as Jada had suffered from alopecia.

As you just saw, although it appeared to be a joke at first, Smith returned to his seat and yelled at Rock, leaving stars in shock.

However, moments later, Will Smith himself won an Oscar himself for his role in King Richard.
