The strange wave of tech set to shape our day-to-day

LG makes a splash at CES 2024 by unveiling its commercially available OLED Signature T transparent TV, marking a transition from transparent display prototypes to a tangible product.

This innovative development prompts questions about its potential to revolutionise the way we watch TV and or decorate spaces.

In another tech breakthrough, Rabbit, an AI startup, introduces the $199 standalone AI device, Rabbit R1. Initially not positioned as a phone replacement, the CEO envisions its eventual surpassing of smartphones in functionality.

Meanwhile, at Davos, Open AI’s CEO, Sam Altman, discusses the future of AI in a turbulent world, emphasising the current utilisation and limitations of these tools. Altman points out that as people increasingly harness AI for productivity gains, the overarching challenge remains trust in these evolving technologies.
