Trump promises to end transgender athlete participation in women’s competitions

In a bold statement, former President Trump pledged to “stop” biological male athletes from competing in girls’ and women’s sports.

Speaking at a town hall in Georgia, Trump responded to a grandmother’s concerns about preserving fairness in girls’ sports.

He firmly declared, “We’re not going to let it happen,” as the crowd of women cheered him on.

Trump cited reports of female athletes injured while competing against transgender athletes, arguing the unfair advantage of biological males.

He suggested he’d take executive action to ban such participation, saying, “You just don’t let it happen.”

The 2024 Republican candidate maintained it’s a matter of protecting fairness and safety in women’s sports.

The event, hosted by Fox News’ Harris Faulkner, highlighted a key talking point in Trump’s campaign.
