Elon Musk’s transgender daughter is requesting a change to her name in an attempt to sever ties with her father

She says she no longer lives with or wishes to be related to her biological father in any way, shape or form.

The request to change her gender from male to female and to register her new name was filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The 18 year old’s mother is Justine Wilson who divorced Musk in 2008.

It is not clear what caused the rift between the father and daughter.
