A prominent United Nations Official has warned Russia’s Vladimir Putin against threats of Nuclear Weapons.

Rosemary DiCarlo, Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, told the security council that “the use of nuclear weapons is unacceptable under any circumstance.”
