The National Labor Relations Board is alleging that Starbucks illegally withheld wages and benefits from unionised baristas

The complaint comes during a campaign by the coffee chain and its CEO, Howard Schultz, to stamp down on union efforts at its stores around the U-S.

The NRLB is seeking back payments and benefits for unionised workers since May.
