Selma Blair arrested for allegedly attacking Delta flight attendants after flight from LA to New York

The incident occurred on Sunday, October 11, around 11 p.m. at JFK Airport after Delta flight 938 arrived from LAX.
New York Port Authority officials confirmed that Blair, 54, was identified as the suspect during their response to the emergency.
She was subsequently transported to a hospital for evaluation.
A representative for Blair mentioned that she experienced a medical emergency that contributed to the incident and was receiving medical attention upon landing.
Two flight attendants reported injuries, with one requiring further evaluation at the hospital.
Delta stated that they have a zero tolerance policy for unruly behaviour to ensure passenger and crew safety.
There was no operational disruption as the flight landed ahead of schedule.
Blair’s representatives did not respond to requests for comments.
The actress has previously experienced a similar incident on a Delta flight in 2016, which involved her being transported to the hospital.
Following that incident, she issued an apology to Vanity Fair, citing a mix of alcohol and medication as the cause of her behaviour.
