Meta’s Advantage+ automated ad suite has seen increased adoption from advertisers, benefiting from streamlined campaign setups.

Max Willens, a principal analyst at Emarketer, noted that Meta’s strategies have been validated through this growth.

Google’s diversified revenue sources, including YouTube Premium subscriptions, may complicate its ability to compete in ad revenue.

Analysts have cautioned that smaller platforms like Snap and Pinterest could face challenges with ad budget cuts amid geopolitical uncertainty.

Emarketer identified Meta’s accelerated growth rate, expected to rise to 24.1% this year, as a critical factor in this projected shift.

Google’s growth rate, in contrast, is forecast to remain stable at 11.9% this year.
