Australia is looking to capitalise on its effective pandemic management and lure international businesses and talent from around the world.

Treasurer Josh Frydenberg will reveal the scheme in the government’s 20-21 federal budget address tonight.

He says Australia’s focus “is on driving an even stronger recovery and attracting the best and brightest to help set Australia up for the future.”

The 550 million dollar package will be spent over four years and will include measures to remove red tape and encourage the use of employee share schemes.
