Labor remains unchanged at 28 per cent, while the Greens continue at 12 per cent.

Hanson’s position as preferred prime minister has declined by eight points to 25 per cent after a surge in June.

Prime Minister Albanese has improved his rating, climbing four points to 33 per cent, with Angus Taylor rising five points to 21 per cent.

Confidence in a One Nation victory has also diminished, with only 19 per cent expecting the party to win, compared to 35 per cent believing Albanese will remain in The Lodge.

Pollster Jim Reed cited losses among immigrants and women, linking it to Hanson’s recent controversial statements.

Reed observed that these trends suggest a shift in public perception toward One Nation.

While Hanson’s policies on immigration and poverty resonate with some voters, resistance remains regarding her views on multiculturalism.

Public opinion shows 39 per cent oppose the notion of Australia becoming “monocultural,” while 33 per cent support it.

Support declines

As Hanson navigates these challenging dynamics, internal party messaging may need reevaluation to regain former ground.

Voter trust in One Nation appears to be waning, pressuring Hanson to adapt her political strategies.
