Gambling habits have picked up despite of – or because – living pressures

 
You would think that with the rising cost of living people would be tightening their belts all round.

However, new research from Finder shows that almost 20% of respondents have actually been increasing the amount they spend on gambling.

Is this despite the cost of living increases – or perhaps because of it?
