Chicken Fried Rice – Phil Conway’s Home Chef

This Chicken fried Rice looks and tastes incredible. The perfect mid week meal to keep you fulfilled after a big day at work.

 
Preparation:

Marinade chicken in Soy, Garlic, Honey & vinegar. Set aside for 20/30 minutes. Cook chicken thighs in a pan over medium heat, turning as needed & set aside.

Chop spring onion & fry in the same pan you used to cook the chicken. Add packet rice to the pan with chilli paste and cook through. Make a hole in the centre of the rice & add 1 egg.

Allow to cook slightly before combining with the rice. Dice the chicken thighs and add to the pan. Mix well, season with salt and serve.

Ingredients:

– 2 x Chicken Thighs
– Half Bunch of Spring Onion
– Marinade: 2 Cloves Garlic Soy Sauce, Red Wine – – Vinegar, Honey,
– 1 Large packet of microwave white rice.
– 1 Egg.
– Chilli Paste
