The individuals fled on motorbikes – making off with millions of dollars worth of items

In what is quite literally a case of daylight robbery, armed thieves have raided luxury retail store Bulgari in central Paris.

The individuals fled on motorbikes – making off with millions of dollars worth of items.

Police say three people arrived on two bikes and entered the store in the popular tourist district at around 1:45pm, local time.

Two were carrying long weapons and struck a security guard during the heist.

Footage posted on social media shows the two large, black motorbikes parked on the pavement in front of the jewellery shop.

A man in a helmet is seen standing guard before all three flee the scene.

The same Bulgari boutique was targeted in a daylight armed robbery back in September 2021, when thieves stole €10 million worth of products.
