Amazon joins SpaceX in fight to declare U.S. government labor board unconstitutional

The retail giant faces scores of cases claiming it interfered with workers’ rights to organize.

Amazon has joined rocket maker SpaceX and grocery chain Trader Joe’s in claiming that a U.S. labor agency’s in-house enforcement proceedings violate the U.S. Constitution.

In a recent filing, Amazon said it will argue that the structure of the National Labor Relations Board is unconstitutional because it denies the company’s right to a jury trial.
