Elon Musk’s clash sparks Tesla’s Disney+ blackout

Published

on

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has taken a bold step in his ongoing feud with former Disney CEO Bob Iger.

The electric car manufacturer has quietly removed the popular streaming service Disney+ from its car screens, leaving Tesla owners without access to their favourite Disney content while on the road.

Musk’s feud with Iger has been making headlines for months, with the two high-profile billionaires engaging in a public spat over various issues.

While the exact cause of their dispute remains unclear, it seems to have escalated to the point where Musk is willing to inconvenience his own customers to make a statement.

The move has left Tesla owners divided, with some supporting Musk’s stance and others expressing frustration at losing access to Disney’s vast library of movies and TV shows during their daily commutes.

The question on everyone’s mind is, will this blackout of Disney+ in Tesla cars force Iger to come to the negotiating table with Musk, or will it simply alienate Tesla’s customer base further?

In a time when streaming services have become an integral part of our entertainment landscape, Tesla’s decision to remove Disney+ raises broader questions about the influence of tech titans like Musk and the extent to which they are willing to go to settle personal disputes.

It remains to be seen how this clash between Elon Musk and Bob Iger will play out and whether Disney+ will eventually return to Tesla screens.
