China’s Foreign Minister Qin Gang was one of the country’s most high profile figures and a close friend of President Xi Jinping

So where on earth did he go?

Many people would be familiar with Qin Gang, he was the face of the party that many foreign diplomats would meet with when they visited Beijing.

Including recently Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

So when Qin disappears from public view for a few weeks. only to be replaced by his predecessor without notice it does raise a lot of questions.

Now apparently he’s been fired.
