Arkansas resident Richard “Bigo” Barnett is facing up to 20 years in prison

The man who sat at then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s desk during the Capitol riot has been found guilty.

Arkansas resident Richard “Bigo” Barnett was convicted on eight federal crimes by the jury.

The individual admitted to leaving a vulgar written message for Pelosi before leaving the office.

The jury returned the guilty verdict with lightning speed – it took them them under two hours to reach the decision.

The guilty individual is an ardent supporter of Donald Trump and was carrying a walking stick equipped with a 950,000-volt stun device when he entered the Capitol.

When it comes to prison time – the most serious charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.

But previous sentencing guidelines will likely lead to a much shorter jail time for Barnett.

Outside the courthouse attorney Joe McBride had this to say on behalf of his client when Barnett claimed he didn’t get a fair trial. #trending #featured
