Musk invited to Britain’s parliament to explain what he plans to do with Twitter

Many of us are continuing to wonder what Elon Musk will do once he officially takes over Twitter.

UK MPs have invited Musk to British parliament so they can quiz him about his planned purchase.

The UK Parliament is curious to understand how the billionaire plans to balance free speech while also protecting users. 

There are concerns Musk has plans to relax content rules, which critics say could increase hate speech on the site.

However others have welcomed his commitment to protect freedom of expression.

In a letter to the Tesla boss, British parliament supported Musk’s commitments to remove all spam accounts and automated bots from Twitter.

Elon Musk is set to own the social media giant after the Twitter board approved a $44 billion takeover bid.
