How will Will Smith restore his reputation in Hollywood following Oscars slap?

The status of Will Smith’s next movies are up in the air following the actor’s Oscars slap of comedian Chris Rock

Questions are now being raised as to whether Smith’s reputation has become irreparably damaged.

Reports from entertainment industry sources say film projects starring the actor have apparently been stalled and release dates put on hold for films in post-production.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix has “quietly moved” the Best Actor winner’s next project, Fast and Loose, “to the back burner” in the wake of the scandal.

We spoke to Tanya Hart, Host of Hollywood Live radio show who interviewed stars on the red carpet at the Oscars and she says he’ll have a hard time recovering from the incident.

On Friday April 8 the Board will discuss consequences regarding Smith’s slap during the Academy Awards.

The decision to move the hearing up came days after Smith announced his plans to resign from the Academy.

Spotify has been unwrapped, showcasing top songs, artists and albums that have been listened to this year

Spotify users are sharing their most-streamed songs, artists and albums from 2022.

The annual Spotify Unwrapped puts together a list the streaming service’s most popular tracks each year.

Bad Bunny is the first to top Spotify’s most-streamed artist list three years in a row. The Puerto Rican rapper was behind 18.5 billion streams.

Taylor Swift came a close second, followed by Drake, The Weekend and BTS.

Meanwhile, Harry Styles’ ‘As It Was’ took out the top spot for most popular song.

Joe Rogan’s podcast finished the year on top.

The company likes to put a new spin on its lists, and this year gives users a glimpse into what your stream say about your overall taste.

They’ve worked out 16 listening personality types to best fit including The Replayer, The Specialist, and The Fanclubber.

There are also $40,000 messages of ‘thanks’ from artists for their top listeners.

Fans tribute to Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie

Christine McVie, the co-lead vocalist and keyboardist of Fleetwood Mac, has died at age 79.

The band has announced the news on Twitter, writing in a statement:

“There are no words to describer our sadness at the passing of Christine McVie. She was truly one-of-a-kind, special and talented beyond measure. She was the best musician anyone could have in their band and the best friend anyone could have in their life.”

“We were so lucky to have a life with her. Individually and together, we cherished Christine deeply and are thankful for the amazing memories we have. She will be so very missed.”

McVie wrote hits including Little Lies, Everywhere and Don’t Stop.

She died peacefully at a hospital with her family by her side.

British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, founded in London in 1967, sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making them one of the most successful groups ever.

Dua Lipa granted new citizenship

Dua Lipa has been awarded an Albanian citizenship for her engagement with the country and endeavours to raise awareness

Dua Lipa now has an Albanian citizenship after she was praised for her international efforts to raise support for the country.

The British singer has been awarded the new honour by President Bajram Begaj.

It was a monumental moment for Lipa, who plans to finish her ‘Future Nostalgia’ tour in the country’s capital on November 28.

Begaj granted the citizenship to the icon for her contribution and global engagement on ‘important social causes.’

Lipa has a strong connection to the country, co-founding the Sunny Hill Foundation with her father to raise money for struggling people.

The singer was also born in London to immigrant parents.
