Ukraine wants the Red Cross to visit a notorious prison camp

The prison is in the eastern part of the country, which is in the Russian-occupied part.

Last month, the Red Cross tried to secure access to the camp.

But they were reportedly denied access by Russian officials.

We know dozens of Ukrainian prisoners have been killed at the camp.

This comes as NATO meets in Brussels as the war ticks into its eighth months.
