A prominent Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin has seemingly admitted to U.S. election interference

A Russian oligarch and Vladimir Putin’s right hand man, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has seemingly admitted to U.S. election interference.

In a post to Telegram, the billionaire responded to a question about Russia meddling in the American election process.

When he replied, “we interfered, we interfere and we will interfere.”

“Carefully, precisely, surgically and in our own way, as we know how. During our pinpoint operations, we will remove both kidneys and the liver at once.”

It’s the first apparent admission from someone close to Putin regarding Russia’s tampering in the U.S. democratic process.

The interference refers to 2016 allegations that Russian-linked hackers tampered with emails within the Hilary Clinton campaign.

Accusations Russia had firmly denied, until now.
