Haiti kidnapping – at least 17 American missionaries missing

At least 17 American missionaries have been kidnapped in Haiti, and the investigation continues

The missionaries missing include 14 adults and three children… and were taken after visiting an orphanage.

Ohio-based Christian group named “Christian Aid Ministries” has confirmed that those abducted are part of the group.

A so-called prayer alert from the group confirms the abductees are being held hostage by an armed gang.

The group says “the mission field director and the American embassy are working to see what can be done” to get the missionaries back to safety.
