‘Terrible war crimes’ – civilians in Bucha and Kyiv killed

Published

on

Ukrainian forces have re-taken the greater of region Kyiv, as officials accuse Russia of intentionally massacring civilians in the town of Bucha

Moscow has denied the allegations, labelling the footage of dead bodies in the area are being used as “provocations” by Ukraine’s government.

Western leaders are calling for investigations and further sanctions following the alleged massacres while also pushing for a war crimes investigation.

The latest US intelligence suggests Moscow has changed up its invasion strategy and is now focusing on taking control of the Donbas and other regions in eastern Ukraine.

This comes as evacuation efforts in the besieged city of Mariupol are set to resume, with over 100-thousand Ukrainians trapped without access to basic necessities like food and water.
