OJ Simpson is now a free man

The 74-year-old was discharged from parole on December 1 for more than two months earlier than his scheduled release planned for February next year.

The convicted armed robber was let out earlier for his good behaviour credits.

Mr Simpson denied an immediate interview but his lawyer labelled him a “completely free man now”.

The former footballer moved to a gated community in Las Vegas after being released on parole in October 2017.

Mr Simpson was convicted in 2008, serving nine years in prison for armed robbery, kidnapping, and assault with a weapon.
