Similarly, Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian highlighted robust demand, noting the occurrence of the 11 highest sales days in the company’s history within the current calendar year.

The industry has weathered various challenges, including inflation and safety issues such as the recent incident involving a Boeing 737 Max 9.
