Daniel Craig has received a royal honour for his outstanding contribution to film and theatre

Daniel Craig has been awarded a royal honour from Princess Anne, for his film and theatre career.

The iconic James Bond actor may have hung up his boots as a British spy, but he has been given royal recognition as both.

Craig has been named a companion of the order of St Michael and St George, just like his fictional counterpart.

Princess Anne placed the honour around his neck, recognising his contribution to film and theatre.

The royal family shared the news on Twitter.

Trump claims Iran’s military largely neutralized; tensions rise with attacks threatening air travel and oil shipping.

President Trump says Iran’s military capability has been largely neutralised, including its navy and air force, as the conflict in the Middle East intensifies.
