Kate Moss dismisses claims that her ex, Johnny Depp pushed her down a flight of stairs

Providing a testimony via video link on Wednesday, Depp’s attorney questioned Moss about the accusation.

Depp and Moss were together between 1994 to 1998 where they went on a trip to Jamaica.

The 48-year-old supermodel clarified that she slipped due to a rainstorm when they were away.

“There had been a rain storm and as I left the room, I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back.”

“I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened to me and I was in pain”

“He came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention” she says.

Earlier this month, Heard claimed an incident occured between Moss and Depp in her testimony.

Depp’s legal team took this as an opportunity to question the supermodel on what had happened.

Heard’s lawyers did not cross-examine Moss.

Moss’ short testimony further supports Mr Depp’s case.

Meanwhile, Heard’s lawyers do not plan to call Depp back to the witness stand.
