India is planning to discuss crypto regulations during next year’s G20 summit

The country’s Finance Minister says the Indian government wants technology so countries can begin regulating the sector.

Of course, India is hosting the global summit next year, with many local organisations doing their own research on cryptocurrency.

The plan is to bring this research together before the world’s top leaders gather in New Delhi.

India itself has been trying to legalise cryptocurrency for quite some time. It’s believed a final decision will be made next year in line with global money laundering rules.
