It seems like panic has started to set in Russia

Russian bank Tinkoff says it would be suspending the buying and selling of the Euro currency, as of this week.

This follows the latest round of European sanctions being imposed on the nation, as a part of its invasion of Ukraine.

The E.U. agreed to a tenth round of measures, which includes cutting off more banks from the SWIFT global payments system.

Trading in other currencies would not be affected.
