There is growing fear for the women of Afghanistan, with the Taliban warning women who work to stay at home.
The Taliban’s spokesperson says women should not work out of interest for their own safety, fearing that some militants will not be tolerant.

Meanwhile, evacuation efforts are continuing at great pace out of Kabul’s main international airport.
Around 82,000 civilians have been evacuated so far,. with the Pentagon confirming there are still 10,000 people waiting to leave.
While US President Biden is confident that the August 31 deadline will be met, the Secretary of State says efforts will continue until every person is home.
