YouTube star Logan Paul has been forced to apologise for a doomed crypto project

Logan Paul has been left red-faced after his CryptoZoo project crumbled.

The 27-year-old promised investors bang for their buck, for the “really fun game that makes you money”.

However, more than a year after its proposed launch, the Paul has abandoned the project entirely.

On the project’s official website, it says it is “undergoing upgrades”.

The project once sold images of cartoon eggs as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Collectors were then able to “breed” their animal images, which could be linked to the ‘$ZOO’ cryptocurrency.

It is not clear how many investors CryptoZoo has. However, the Discord server boasts 500 members.

Paul has more than 23 million YouTube subscribers, and had previously said he spent “about one million” to develop the CryptoZoo project.
