The keys to success

Published

on

While serving as a machine gunner in the Marine Corps, Taylor Morgan began working towards a new career as a CrossFit coach, learning everything he could about lifestyle optimisation. As time went on, he noticed that the people who had been coming in consistently for years weren’t progressing as fast as they should be. Why was that?

Morgan came to realize that they weren’t living healthy lifestyles outside of the gym. They were sitting down at work all day, eating whatever was convenient, staying up late watching T.V., then waking up early to hit the gym before work thinking that 1 hour in the gym can offset the other 23. That’s not how it works.

So he quit my high paying job as Head Coach of the biggest CrossFit gym in Saudi Arabia and set off on a mission to help entrepreneurs reach their full potential. He stays up to date with the latest, cutting edge biohacks and implement the timeless fundamentals of human performance. He spends countless hours studying from my entrepreneurial and optimization mentors like Ben Greenfield, Tim Ferriss, Tom Bilyeu, Ben Bergeron, and many more.

Because Taylor was already doing everything in his power to optimise his lifestyle, he wasn’t experiencing many of the same problems that most entrepreneurs encounter. So he created a program that outlines exactly how to make your entrepreneurial dreams a reality without working yourself into the ground. A program that will launch you and your business into the fucking stratosphere! Thus, The Captain’s Lifestyle Program was born!
