Tesla is accusing a California civil rights agency of rushing to sue businesses without doing their homework

Tesla is facing a series of claims related to widespread race bias at one of its assembly plants.

However, the company believes no investigations have taken place to warrant these claims.

It follows a lawsuit alleging Tesla’s flagship plant was a racially segregated workplace where black workers were harassed.

In one instance, a former employee was awarded $15 million for allegedly being subjected to severe racial harassment.

A California judge says he would likely deny Tesla’s motion to pause the lawsuit while the Office of Administrative Law considers their complaints.

The lawsuit is one of a number in California, which accuse Tesla of tolerating discrimination and sexual harassment.
