Do I feature on Ticker for free?
Yes. Your interview is already broadcast to our global audience of 4.1M monthly viewers for 24 hours for free. Once your interview is recorded, it is uploaded to the Ticker News channel. Licensing gives you the opportunity to leverage the content for other purposes such as marketing and social media.
Why am I being offered Licensing the video of my appearance?
Ticker operates differently from traditional media companies. We don’t charge viewers to watch our content.. We provide the option because we believe the content we create has lasting value. Licensing your interview & in-studio professional photography allows you to own high-quality copies for your use, but your decision will not affect whether you are invited back on to Ticker.

Can I edit the video?
Yes, you can make edits to create shorter clips or highlights for your platforms. However, any edits must not alter the context or meaning of the questions asked by our presenters or the answers you provided.
What can I do with the video if I buy it?
We’ll provide you with a high-resolution MP4 version that you can download. Once you purchase your interview, you are free to:
- Share on your website, eDms campaigns or media kits
- Share on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, or other social media platforms
- Use it in presentations, Showreels or investor kits
- Showcase at events
Can I screen record the interview?
At Ticker, we are committed to celebrating your success and showcasing your business, and we respectfully ask that you honour and respect our policies in return. Screen recording interviews and sharing them on social media is strictly prohibited and violates our copyright policy. It also degrades the quality of the content.
What if I don’t buy the video?
Your interview will still be featured as on-demand content on Ticker’s website and app after the 24 hours. However, we can’t guarantee it will be uploaded to the website or stay online indefinitely.
Can I use the video for advertising purposes?
Yes, When you purchase the video, you’re allowed to:
– Share and amplify it on social media.
– Publish it on your platforms.
However, the license does not permit:
– Editing it in a way that misrepresents the meaning.
– Presenting the content as an endorsement by Ticker of your business, product, or service.
Can I request that you make edits to the content on my behalf?
Our goal is to preserve the integrity of our news platform and the trustworthiness of our content. We make content that viewers want to watch and trust, so we prioritise editorial independence. However, we do offer content production services to our partnership brands.
Can I feature as a regular guest on my expert topic?
We have a small handful of regular contributors on specific topics. They benefit from being positioned as a leader in their industry and can use the broadcast content quality interviews in their own marketing materials and social media profiles.
