About 500 Palestinians were killed in a blast at a Gaza hospital on Tuesday.

The Israeli military said the deadly strike was caused by a failed rocket launch by a Palestinian militant group.

Meanwhile, Palestinian health authorities said it was caused by an Israeli air strike.

This comes as U.S. President Joe Biden is gearing up for his high stakes trip to the Middle East, ahead of what is expected to be a ground invasion inside Gaza.
