U.S. housing affordability has plummeted to its lowest level since 2007 as prices continue to jump.

In 98% of American counties, home prices have skyrocketed.

According to a revised forecast, Fannie Mae economists are now predicting that home prices will fall at a slower rate than previously anticipated later this year.
