Vkusno & tochka, the Russian successor brand to McDonald’s, has applied to have its trademarks registered in neighbouring Kazakhstan, following the U.S. company’s exit from its market.
It terminated an agreement with its Kazakh licensee there this month, citing supply issues for the move.
McDonald’s exited from its operations in Russia following the start of the conflict in Ukraine, and the company rebranded to become what it is known as today.
