A major Ukrainian grain exporter, Oleksiy Vadatursky, has been killed in Mykolaiv in Ukraine’s south

Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy is describing the man’s death as a loss for the entire nation.

The business-man had been seeking to build a modern grain market for the nation, which is struggling with a grain crisis.

Russian strikes continue to bombard the port city that borders the occupied territory.

Three people were also wounded in the attack, with the city’s Mayor saying that 12 missiles had hit homes and educational facilities.

It follows previous reports that the attacks has been the “most powerful” in the city, since the beginning of Russia’s invasion.
