The United States has provided Russia its formal written responses to Moscow’s security demands over Ukraine

Russia has positioned around 100-thousand troops near the Ukrainian border, as fears grow about a potential invasion.

The Kremlin is continuing to deny that it is planning an assault on the country.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says “the ball is in Russia’s court” adding America and its allies are “ready either way”.
