Elon Musk is allegedly combining his companies under one branch
Twitter Inc. no longer exists.
According to disclosure statement out of Florida, Twitter is now “X Corp”
The filing reads: “Twitter, Inc. has been merged into X Corp. and no longer exists.”
The new company will be incorporated in Nevada instead of Delaware.

Space X, Tesla and Twitter are allegedly all set to be a part of company “X”.
