Could this method be the preferred way for both sides to strike at one another during the war in Ukraine?

Drones are playing a crucial role in surveillance, reconnaissance and combat missions, when it comes to the war in Ukraine.

And Russia has started to use more and more of them to try and strike at Ukrainian targets in the heart of the nation.

This has been particularly evident when the weather has been cold, so as to not use up valuable troop numbers.

Ukraine has also been asking its Western allies for more of drone weapons, as it looks to ramp up defending its border.

But as the warmer season approaches, could this method be the preferred way for both sides to strike at one another?

Dr. Paul Lushenko from Cornell University joined to discuss.
