Russia is accusing Ukrainian special services of carrying out a car bombing

Darya Dugina was a journalist, and the daughter of a Russian nationalist who was killed on Monday in a car bombing attack.

Dugina was travelling in her father’s Toyota when it exploded in Moscow.

Russia’s Federal Security Service says the attack was “prepared and perpetrated by the Ukrainian special services”.

It comes as video emerges of the suspect at the entrance of an apartment building in Moscow.

The suspect accused of bombing Darya Dugina.

Dugina was the daughter of far-right political ideologist, Alexander Dugin, who is a long time supporter of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.

Some analysts believe her death was an assassination attempt, intended for her father, who is believed to be the ‘brain’ behind Putin’s ideology.

Kyiv denies any involvement in the attack.

Ukraine is marking 31 years since it severed tie with the Soviet Union.

The nation’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia might be planning “particularly ugly”.

Ukraine is also set to mark the six-month milestone since Russian forces entered its territory.

However, President Putin maintains the war is a “special military operation”.

Disney invests $1 billion in OpenAI for AI-generated videos featuring iconic characters, enhancing fan interactions and launching in 2026.

Disney is taking AI to the next level, investing $1 billion in OpenAI to create a licensing deal that allows users to generate videos featuring more than 200 characters from Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar. This partnership could redefine how fans interact with their favorite characters.

The deal will let users stream short AI-generated videos directly on Disney+, and ChatGPT will also produce images of Disney’s licensed characters. However, the agreement excludes talent likenesses or voices, keeping human performances separate.

Set to launch in 2026, the collaboration also gives Disney warrants to purchase additional OpenAI equity and use AI tools for product development, opening doors to new creative opportunities.
