United States and the Supreme Court has privately voted to drop the Roe v. Wade case that has allowed abortion to be a right for nearly 50 years

This is all according to a leaked draft opinion from 3 months ago.

In the document it was written that the majority of the court voted to overturn Roe.

Justice Alito condemned the vote, saying that it must be overruled and the decision should be made by politicians, not the court.

Alito says “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”

The draft is not a final decision and may still change when the court makes an official announcement.
