US President Joe Biden is urging all eligible Americans to roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated against covid-19.

This comes as the CDC announces that citizens who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks when they are outdoors.

Biden’s comments come a day before the President is due to deliver his first joint address to Congress since taking office
