Tensions in the Middle East are escalating as fears of an all-out war continue to grow.

Israel has been launching a barrage of airstrikes across swathes of Lebanon as its conflict with Hezbollah escalates.

The United States along with France and other allies are pushing a diplomatic plan for a 21-day ceasefire across the Israel-Lebanon border.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed reports suggesting there could be an imminent ceasefire and told the Israeli military to continue fighting “with full force.”

Ruthie Blum, a former adviser at the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a senior contributing editor at JNS, and the co-host of “Israel Undiplomatic” on JNS TV joins Veronica Dudo to discuss.
