Kim Jong Un’s daughter is expected to become North Korea’s next leader

Nuclear-armed North Korea has shown off its military might during a nighttime parade in Pyongyang.

The widely anticipated display was held to mark the 75-year anniversary of the nation’s army.

And it was the biggest yet – showcasing the most intercontinental ballistic missiles than ever before, while also hinting at a new solid-fuel weapon.

Leader Kim Jong Un was in attendance with his daughter, who many believe will one day take the reins of the dictatorship off her father.

A number of images were released by Pyongyang, while others were captured via satellite.

North Korea is continuing to push ahead with its ballistic missile programme, launching larger and more advanced missiles despite warnings from the United Nations and sanctions. #trending #featured
