Trump’s warning reiterated

Tehran’s comments follow mixed signals from the Trump administration regarding potential negotiations to end the conflict.

On Tuesday, U.S. President Donald Trump informed lawmakers that Washington would rapidly conclude the war, suggesting Iran was keen on reaching an agreement.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance remarked that neither Trump nor Tehran desired a military escalation, noting the negotiations were in a “pretty good” state.

“This is not a forever war,” Vance stated, reaffirming the administration’s intention to resolve the conflict soon.

Earlier, Trump had issued threats of further military action against Iran, pressing them to negotiate swiftly within a specific timeframe.

Recent operations by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps reportedly involve seizing vessels in the crucial Strait of Hormuz, further complicating shipping through this vital passage.

The ongoing conflict has resulted in a stalemate, with both sides struggling for control as a ceasefire remains in place.

Approximately 20% of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas typically flows through this strait, but shipping activity has almost ceased since the conflict erupted on February 28.

Many Americans are increasingly dissatisfied with the prolonged war, which has surpassed the initial time frame set by the Trump administration.

Stalemate continues

Numerous reports indicate rising public opposition to the conflict as it continues to disrupt global oil supplies.

Trump’s rhetoric indicates escalating tensions, leaving the international community apprehensive about future developments.
