As President-elect Donald Trump prepares for a return to the White House he has been moving swiftly to put a team in place.

The Trump team has been announcing the picks for Cabinet positions.

Past administrations including former Presidents Barack Obama Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have seen their nominations assume power through recess appointments.

But, now a debate is brewing over possible plans for Trump to follow the same process.
