A new report from CitzenLab alleges that Apple has been censoring references to Chinese politics, dissidents, and other sensitive topics in its engraving service

Apple says its systems are in place to respect local laws but Citzenlab claims Apple has “thoughtlessly and inconsistently curated keyword lists”…

The report found 1,045 keywords blocked in mainland China, 542 in Hong Kong and 397 in Taiwan
