Golden State Warriors win against Boston Celtics 103 to 90

The Golden State Warriors have defeated the Boston Celtics 103 to 90 to claim their fourth NBA championship in eight seasons.

Steph Curry led scoring with 34 points. He was in tears on the court after the final whistle, and he won MVP honours for the first time in his career.

The victory gives the trio of Curry, Thompson and Green their fourth title together all under head coach Steve Kerr.

Steph Curry expressed his joy in playing alongside his teammates “on the highest level”.

“At the beginning of the season no one thought we’d be here… It’s very surreal,”
